You can reach our practice via our "Emergency Contact - Availability in Case of Emergency" line, usually daily between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. In urgent cases, a doctor is generally available at short notice. We are happy to assist you with gynecological emergencies, during pregnancy, and with general and emergency medical questions.

Life-threatening emergencies (emergency number 112)
In Germany, the following contact points apply in medical emergencies when the doctor's office is closed (at night, on weekends, on public holidays):
In case of serious injuries, acute heart problems or severe pain, immediately call 112 (ambulance/fire brigade).
Medical on-call service (116117)
If you have an acute illness that cannot wait until your next appointment (but is not life-threatening), the patient service can be reached free of charge at 116117.
Functions: The 116117 number connects callers to open on-call medical practices in the vicinity.
Online/App: Help is also available via the website 116117.de or the 116117 app.
Accessibility: The hotline can be reached around the clock without an area code, even from a mobile phone.
